

Module 27: 7 Day Ab Cure
Over the years, I've figured something out when it comes to ab training. The best way to train abs is the same way to make a woman fall head-over-heals in love with you:
Namely, flood her with attention for a short period, then pull back. Give her more attention, then withdraw again. This keeps her guessing and women love this. (Although they say they hate it.)
Anyway, if that offends you keep in mind this IS Fitness Under Oath RAW.
Abs respond the same way -- blast them for a short period, then ignore them. Blast, ignore, repeat.
So for this week's workout, I want to give you an at-home ab training program. Do this program every day for 1-2 weeks, then take 1-2 weeks off.
You'll be amazed at how quickly this routine blasts your abs into shape. Enjoy.
