Module 24: Gain 29 Pounds Of Muscle In 29 Days?
Years ago, I caught wind of a program that an old-timer trainer used to gain 29 pounds of muscle in 29 days. I was skeptical -- obviously. In the old days, they didn't have sophisticated means of measuring body fat. So 29 pounds "of muscle" probably wasn't 100% accurate.
But even if it wasn't 100% lean muscle gained, packing on 29 pounds of MASS is still an impressive feat. And for some guys, that's exactly what's needed. So I dug up the program and I ended up writing a breakthrough report detailing this exact method.
For years, this report was lost. But I recently got my hands on this report once again and so I'm making it available to you -- for free-- because you're a valued subscriber to my Inner Circle advisory.
Enjoy.
