Module 20: 6 Months. No Gym. No Supplements. Little Protein. (Results)
I'm about to show you some interesting pictures.
A personal trainer packed up his clothes and fled the country. He traveled the world for 6 months. During that time, he never set foot in a gym. He didn't drink a single protein shake. And he took zero supplements.
So you might be surprised at what happened:
Here are the pics:
Consider this a wake-up call, in two parts.
First: Get in shape. Make no mistake about it. Getting in shape is really freakin' hard. But STAYING in shape is really freakin' easy.
The photos above are proof.
Second: Stop stressing about missing 1 workout, 1 protein shake or 1 meal. Stick with the basics 90% of the time and you'll have your bases covered.
Third: The man in these photos said he did some light workouts with resistance bands and some push-ups and pull-ups. This goes back to my previous Inner Circle advisories mentioning the benefits of DAILY exercise/training.
I'm reminded of a quote from Dan John: "If it's important, do it every day. If it's not important, don't do it."
