How To Build A Classic Physique is a free weight program that requires either access to a gym or a decent home gym that allows you to barbell squat, bench press, deadlift, etc. The goal of this program is to help you build muscle & might while staying lean and healthy.
The Mass Gain Method is a program designed for maximum lean mass gains in minimum time. It is a 4-6 week “blitz” for guys who want to get bigger and pack on size.
The High Rep Training Protocol is a program for guys who have already achieved decent levels of strength and now want to focus on SIZE. It is also good for anyone who only has access to limited weights (can be performed with dumbbells only) or older guys who need a break from heavy weights.
