FAQ #1) : What happens after I sign up?
Once your payment is approved, you will receive the client introduction package. I will review your unique goals, lifestyle, training and diet experience and injury history.
If I feel you are not a good fit for the program (usually due to injuries) I will let you know and refund your investment. If you are a good fit (most people are), then I’ll get to work creating your custom diet and training program.
FAQ #2) What kind of equipment do I need?
This program works best if you have gym access. You don’t need anything fancy, but you should at least have access to some free weights and basic machines.
This program is NOT for those who wish to train with body weight exercises only.
FAQ #3) How often will I be asked to train?
Less than 3x per week. 45-60 minutes per session.
FAQ #4) Is this fat loss or muscle gain?
Both. I have 3 “paths” you can choose from once you are accepted into the program. Slow bulk (for thinner guys looking to pack on mass), fat loss, or accelerated fat loss.
