Thanks to the Matt’s advice; building muscle and strength, and burning fat finally makes sense. For most of my life, I could never figure out how to improve my body. I was caught up in the endless amount of lies within the health and fitness industry, but fortunately Matt has shown me the truth and helped change my life.
His program gave me simple and practical advice that has completely changed my body and overall health, which is hard to find today in the health and fitness industry. A simple exercise routine to build muscle and strength, a flexible and convenient diet, and much more all in an effort to simplify everything related to health and fitness. Like I said this program has changed my life. Before, I started using Matt’s program I was skinny fat and weighed 135 pounds. After a couple months on the program, I was to burn off all the fat, maintain my bodyweight, and increasing my strength, which included being able to deadlift twice my bodyweight.
Since then Matt’s advice has help me put on 15 pounds of solid muscle! Now I’m leaner than I was before using his program and I weigh 15 pounds more. So believe me when I say that Matt’s plan will help change your body no matter what your goals are. — Steve B.

“I grew up a hardgainer and didn’t make my first breakthrough in my physique until my twenties in 1997. Everything was good until I had many injuries that set me back. I cut and bulked through different periods, trying new things, but I felt I wasn’t in better shape. I just didn’t feel good and forgot what got me to my peak.
Matt’s info keeps it simple. You decide what your goals are and Matt shows you the way. My recent goal was to get ultra lean to 6%. You just follow a couple of simple rules and take ACTION. The info is laid out for you but you have to actually DO IT! I achieved my goal in a little over a month and I am stronger and feel great at 37yrs old.
I have many of Matt’s programs and can decide what I want to do and change my body at will. The main factor in succeeding is not stopping or deviating from a program once you start. I was halfway through my fat loss program and I thought it wasn’t working judging by how I looked at that moment. I told myself to just keep going and then one day I just noticed the changes, then came more changes and I got quite happy to achieve what I wanted.
