Morgan was training for an upcoming fitness competition when she signed up for the Accelerated Fat Loss Challenge.
Now, the conventional wisdom states that you should lose weight slowly when training for a fitness competition. Most competitors will TORTURE themselves for six months -- tracking every morsel of food, dealing with non-stop hunger, waking up extra early to spend HOURS on the treadmill...
... all in the hopes of MAYBE losing 1-2 pounds PER MONTH!
But Morgan was willing to try a different path. She signed up for the Accelerated Fat Loss Challenge and dropped an incredible 13 pounds in one month -- a huge feat when you consider that she was already VERY lean.
