Congratulations To Everyone That Completed The March 2020 Accelerated Fat Loss Challenge!!!

Note:  For the purposes of this contest, scoring is ranked by 3 factors:

Factor #1) Overall Weight Loss (as a percentage of your starting weight.)

Factor #2) Transformation Photos (how impressive the visual transformation was)

Factor #3) Your Transformation Story (how your LIFE -- not just your body -- changed during the challenge). 

Based on the factors above, here are the co-champions (I couldn't pick just one) of the March 2020 Accelerated Fat Loss Challenge...

Co-Champion #1:  Tim K. lost 18.6 pounds and completely re-shaped his physique.  Outstanding!  

Not only did Tim lose an incredible 18.6 pounds and re-shaped his physique but also improved all other aspects of his life.  

Tim says...

"During this journey I have noticed my stress levels slowly reduce and become a bit more chilled out in general. Not having the meal anxiety i constantly suffered from and i must say getting to bed at an earlier time and sleeping in longer as not having to worry about breakfast or prepping lunch for the day has made a big difference with my concentration levels in work. Also, i find myself more productive in work from keeping myself busy to distract me from thinking about the growling belly. 

Co-Champion #2: Pam K. Lost 10 Pounds In A Month! 
(She's Only 5 Feet Tall!)   

10 pounds might not seem like a lot but the reality is it's much HARDER for short people to lose weight.  So for Pam to drop 10 pounds (losing an incredible 9% of her total body weight) in just a month is incredible.  

Pam says...

"The results were good and I am thrilled. I plan to continue for a few more weeks. This seems to be an easier way to maintain and/or increase weight loss.

I'm proud of each and every one of you.
